- unlimited phone communication or in person if nearby
- introduce mindfulness to your training bi- weekly Movement lesson to improve running form and self awareness via zoom.
- monthly program update and goal setting
- copy of The Aware Athlete book
- 6 month commitment - foundation to performance - 10% off monthly rate
