Improve your running, walking, or hiking. join us for a series of weekly lessons from Jack Heggie 's book Runnnig with the whole body, beginning Feb each thur. at 4:00 pm PST for a movement lesson -20 to 45 minutes  with time for Q and A

first class is free then $8 for drop in or 10 classes for $50
