Building Inner Strength: a somatic approach


Build increased confidence, strength , balance, and competence in every area of your life.  

This course has 5 modules. It is recomended to do only   one module per week. Each module takes approx one hour to complete. You can then practice each module throughout the week.

Each Module contains a set of tools you can use daily, including a reflective mindfulness practice and a movement lesson.  in the form of PDF files and audio files.
